Shipping policy
At Crafting Cosmetics, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read the following carefully to understand your responsibilities as the customer and our policies as a business:
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday) unless otherwise stated, and excluding weekends and postal holidays. Orders placed after business hours, on a weekend, or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note: Processing time is not the same as shipping time. Carrier delivery estimates begin after your order has been fulfilled.
Carrier Transit Time & Delivery Delays
Once your order leaves our facility and is accepted by USPS or another carrier, all transit timing is in their hands.
Occasionally, USPS may delay scans or updates. If your order shows a delayed scan, it does not mean we delayed shipping—it simply means USPS did not immediately update their tracking system. We do not issue refunds for delays caused by the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses (Very Important)
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Crafting Cosmetics is not liable for packages delivered to incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses entered by the customer.
If your package is delivered to the wrong address due to a customer error:
• We will not issue a refund.
• We will not reship the order at our expense.
• You will need to place a new order and cover the cost of shipping again.
If the package is returned to us by the carrier due to address issues, we can reship it to the correct address, but you will be required to pay for the additional shipping.
We are not responsible for mistakes made by customers at checkout, and we cannot absorb the costs of those errors.
Shipping Refunds
Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has been shipped within our stated processing timeframe.
Unless an error was made on our end, we do not issue refunds for shipping under any circumstances, including delays by the carrier or delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
