Refund policy

We ask that you inspect items in your order upon receipt and notify Crafting Cosmetics of any unsatisfactory product within 2 days of receipt. Durable goods that are not opened and are in salable condition may be returned. If a raw material has not been opened, all seals are intact, and it is in salable condition, we will accept it as a return provided we are contacted within 2 days of the customer’s receipt. Defective or damaged merchandise will be replaced or refunded by Crafting Cosmetics, upon further investigation and depending on the warranty.

Returned items for domestic orders will incur a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable.

Please note that international orders do not qualify for returns or exchanges. However, if an international order is deemed undeliverable and is returned to us by the shipping company, we will refund the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We encourage international customers to carefully review their orders before completing their purchase to avoid issues.

Unclaimed or Refused International Orders

Crafting Cosmetics is not responsible for international packages that are unclaimed, refused, or returned due to customer inaction, failure to respond to customs requests, or refusal to pay import duties.

Intentional refusal or failure to retrieve an international shipment will result in the order being ineligible for any refund.

Shipping costs will not be refunded, and no credit will be issued for returned product unless Crafting Cosmetics has made an error in the shipment.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes & VAT

International customers outside of the continental United States are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, VAT, or other taxes imposed by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and are collected by your local customs authority—not Crafting Cosmetics. We have no control over these charges and cannot estimate what they may be. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the package being returned, and any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with our return policy, minus shipping and a restocking fee.

To return eligible items (domestic only), please email us at support@craftingcosmetics.com within 2 days of delivery for a return authorization number and return instructions. We will not be responsible for items returned without authorization, and items returned without authorization will be refused.
