Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Crafting Cosmetics, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of cosmetic ingredients and raw materials, please carefully review the following policy before placing an order.
Inspection Upon Receipt
Customers are responsible for inspecting all products immediately upon delivery.
Any claims regarding missing items, shipping damage, incorrect products, shortages, or product quality concerns must be reported to Crafting Cosmetics within 2 calendar days of delivery.
Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in the claim being denied.
Photographs may be required to evaluate and process claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.
Eligible Returns (Domestic Orders Only)
Due to quality control, safety, and traceability requirements, returns are accepted only for products that:

Are unopened and unused.

Have all original seals intact.

Remain in original packaging.

Are in resalable condition.

Have not been altered, repackaged, or contaminated in any way.
Customers must contact Crafting Cosmetics within 2 calendar days of delivery to request return authorization.
Returns sent without prior authorization will be refused and returned to the sender.
Approval of a return request does not guarantee acceptance of the returned product. All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety, quality assurance, and inventory integrity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

Products with broken or removed seals

Customized, special-order, or made-to-order items

Clearance, discontinued, or final-sale items

Products returned without authorization
Restocking Fee
Approved domestic returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error made by Crafting Cosmetics.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 2 calendar days of delivery.
Crafting Cosmetics reserves the right to investigate all claims before issuing a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Depending on the circumstances, we may request:

Approved claims may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
International Orders
All international sales are considered final.
International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except in cases where Crafting Cosmetics determines that an error occurred on our part.
Customers are responsible for verifying product suitability, import requirements, and shipping eligibility prior to placing an order.
Unclaimed, Refused, or Abandoned International Shipments
Crafting Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are:

Refused by the recipient

Abandoned during customs processing

Returned due to unpaid duties, taxes, or fees

Returned due to failure to respond to customs authorities

Returned due to customer inaction
Customers who intentionally refuse delivery, fail to claim their shipment, or fail to cooperate with customs authorities may forfeit eligibility for any refund.
If a package is successfully returned to Crafting Cosmetics, any refund issued will be limited to the product value received back into inventory, less:

Applicable restocking fees
If the shipment is abandoned, destroyed, seized, or otherwise not returned to Crafting Cosmetics, no refund will be issued.
Customs Duties, Import Taxes & VAT
International customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in product prices or shipping fees and are collected by local customs authorities.
Crafting Cosmetics has no control over these charges, cannot estimate them, and does not receive any portion of these fees.
Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, VAT, or other import charges may result in the package being returned, destroyed, abandoned, or seized by customs authorities.
Any eligible refund will be processed in accordance with this policy.
