Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At Crafting Cosmetics, we work hard to process and ship orders quickly, accurately, and efficiently. Please review the information below before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that processing time and transit time are separate. Shipping carrier delivery estimates begin only after your order has been fulfilled and picked up by the carrier.


Shipping Carrier

Crafting Cosmetics currently ships orders through UPS.

Once an order has been shipped and accepted by UPS, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. While we are happy to assist with tracking inquiries, we cannot guarantee carrier transit times and are not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been shipped.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully review your shipping information before submitting your order.

Crafting Cosmetics is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The customer will be responsible for paying any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.

  • If the customer chooses not to have the package reshipped, any approved refund will be limited to the product value only, less any shipping charges and return fees incurred.


Delivered Packages

Once UPS marks a package as Delivered, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the recipient.

Crafting Cosmetics is not responsible for stolen packages, packages taken from a delivery location, or deliveries made to the address provided at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:

  1. Checking with household members, neighbors, or building management.

  2. Verifying the delivery location shown by UPS.

  3. Contacting UPS directly to initiate a delivery investigation.


Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and contents.

If a package is believed to be lost in transit, Crafting Cosmetics may require a carrier investigation before a replacement or refund is considered.

If UPS determines that a package has been lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.


Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the recipient or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be subject to return shipping charges and carrier fees.

Any refund issued for a refused shipment will be limited to the product value of the order, less original shipping charges and any fees assessed by the carrier.


High-Value Shipments

Crafting Cosmetics reserves the right to require signature confirmation for high-value shipments.


International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country.

Crafting Cosmetics has no control over these charges, cannot estimate their cost, and does not benefit from them in any way.

Packages refused due to unpaid customs fees are subject to the same policies outlined under Refused Deliveries.
